The Universtiy of Central Lancashire has had a Parachute Club for several years now, with a high rate of success. Many students have joined the club, made their first parachute descent and progressed quickly to Cat 8.
Not only does the club run frequent trips up to the drop zone in Cark, Cumbria, they also meet on a Thursday and a Sunday night to discuss recent and old jumps and sometimes even stuff that isn't about jumping out of planes!!
